In the next 10 years, Megaworld Corporation will build a total of 10 Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) buildings in the 72-hectare Iloilo Business Park in Mandurriao District, Iloilo City.

The township where upscale infrastructure developments are presently taking shape is considered as Western Visayas’ biggest commercial integrated complex set to establish the largest BPO District and IT Park. The plan will move forward for the opening of more the 30,000 jobs in the next 10 years.

The first 4-storey BPO office building that opened in 2014 is the Two Global Center which is now the present office and operation site of US-based BPO company StarTek. It was followed by One Global Center which now holds two BPO company offices of Transcom Asia and WNU.

Richmonde Tower located on the other side of Richmonde Hotel Iloilo building, holds the operation site BPO company Reed Elsevier.
In 2016, the 4-storey One Techno Place opened to cater the operation site of iQoR, an international BPO company. Later this year, the fourth standalone BPO office building – Three Techno Place will open to cater another BPO company.
